Think about it—drinking a little more water, taking a post-dinner walk, or finding moments of peace amidst the chaos.

One common resolution is weight loss. Extreme measures may yield quick results but come with negative side effects. I have a simple tip for you: start by tracking your daily eating habits. Are you eating enough or too little? Consider balancing your nutrition by adjusting your protein, carbs, and fats intake. Don't worry about under or overeating; your body will tell you how it feels.
